Pricing
Larry's Housekeeping provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Boise/Nampa, Idaho area.
House cleaning is billed at a flat $25 per hour. Airbnb turnover cleaning is a flat $75. Emergency cleaning is $500, paid upfront. Hotel and motel cleaning is billed hourly, adjusted to the work needed. Book online & save 20% with our book-and-pay discount (this discount does not apply to Emergency or Airbnb services).
Payment terms and booking
Payment is due immediately upon completion of our cleaning services, unless you have prepaid when booking. We accept cash and checks. Standard entry arrangements apply for scheduled appointments—whether you choose to be home or provide access via lockbox or key.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
We understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly. We require at least a 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover our team's scheduled time.
Satisfaction guarantee and re-cleans
At Larry’s Housekeeping, we will do what you want done and we will do it right. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return and re-clean the specified area at no additional charge to ensure your space meets our high standards.
